Shipping policy

All Bundles, Frontals, Closures and Wigs are pre ordered. The hair is processed and shipped within 7
business days; this does not include holidays. Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking
number to the email you provide us with once your order has been shipped.
If we have the hair on hand it will be processed and shipped within 3- 5 business days. Please reach out
to us to check on what’s available on hand.
Please note : Once products have been shipped, we are NOT responsible for any issues that arise with
lost, held or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to the buyer upon delivery
of the package to the shipping carrier.
PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO FIX
INCORRECT ADDRESSES!!
